I would use caution when retaining Stephanie Kerkstra. She comes highly recommended and has a reputation of high standards and quality of work - which I am sure she has earned over her career! However, unfortunately she didn’t handle our case with as much care. Taking multiple vacations during my case (which wouldn’t be insult to injury, had she done her job well) and neglecting very basic yet important research to confirm the assurance she provided us of promising outcomes. Which resulted to be false and misleading. Thousands of dollars were very pointlessly spent in our case. All to say, winning understandably isn’t promised - but an attorneys due diligence to ensure legal accuracy in front of a judge on your behalf should be.

I cannot say enough good things about this law group, specifically Jeff Radike. His previous knowledge from work with the court system helped me feel at ease. He answered every email and phone call promptly, even for the silly, anxiety riddled questions I had. He is empathetic and explains every process thoroughly to help you. He puts his clients first and it really shows. He gave me 100% the whole time and I know he would do that for any of his clients.
