Catherine and her staff genuinely are about their clients and what it takes to get you to your Green Card destination. We found the Catherine Chan law firm on the Internet and everything looked good on the website and that is the direction we decided to go. We were assigned an attorney that researched well and gained our confidence halfway through the case. He unexpectedly changed law firms, and our case was reassigned to Catherine. From the beginning, There was a serious Lack of communication in spite of the website saying that that’s what they excelled in. We would leave phone messages and emails and go two weeks or more with no response. After my interview with the USCIS on advice from the Chan Law Firm, I withdrew my application. Now, after starting from Ground Zero with another attorney, I have learned that it was bad advice and with proper research and experience in this area, I would have been done by now. I was charged several thousand dollars for Research And investigation(Which I will never see any of that back, even though it was incorrect information and poor advice), which proved to be inconsistent and inaccurate based on the information provided by my new attorney. I would not recommend using the Chan Law Firm,P.C. Catherine Chan a case that has anything out of the ordinary.
