Claudia is good as a lawyer. Reason for me to provide 3 star was the team could improve in timely communication and check the messages regularly in the portal and reply to those messages. I never got any response to the messages that I send on the portal and I had to call all the time. Even on the call I was not provided the answer immediately and had to wait for days to get the responses after multiple attempts.
