Entrusting both my own immigration needs and the needs of my husband to The Law Office of Anthony Fatemi was such a wonderful decision. We decided to go with the firm upon our initial consultation because we felt heard and seen. We were offered a payment plan for our case, which made payment relaxing. Our paperwork was always thoroughly reviewed and we were made aware of appointments and deadlines with ample time. All the Attorneys, Paralegals and staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable of current immigration laws and codes. Everyone at the firm is polite and welcoming! They really cross their t’s and dot their i’s. I know everybody has different immigration needs and cases, but we were able to resolve my status as well as my husband’s in just over a year. Thank you Law Office of Anthony Fatemi. We highly recommend and we are forever grateful.

This law firm is absolutely a rip-off. My friend recommended this law firm to me, which I don't even know why he did that. Trusting a friend, I retained this law firm. For the most part, they are OK for immigration cases. There were some small disputes here and there, but nothing too major. Then I had another different legal issue, and I was on a tight deadline, which was when the real nightmare started. None of the attorneys in this law firm at the time were barred in DC for my specific legal issue, but they took the case anyway and outsourced it to another different lawyer at a different law firm. This outsourced attorney did not speak to me and filed my documents with secondhand knowledge from Anthony Fatemi, who also got the facts wrong. They collectively failed to file Motion to Dismiss, which would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. In their filings, there were no content. There was only generic legalese language on the document. They filed one one-page document and charged $8,000. On their invoice, they listed non-sense items. I also never got the deliverables they claimed they prepared. If you have an immigration case, maybe it's not the end of the world to give them a chance. However, if you have any other legal issues, please be careful with Anthony Fatemi and his firm.

My husband just got his Green Card!!! We thank God Almighty and we thank Anthony A. Fatemi and his incredible team for all their hard work in the process of my husband’s Immigration paper work! We thank Sylvia so much for being on top of things and keeping us informed all through the process! This Law office is awesome because they will listen and act on your behave.
