It took me a couple of days to write this, but I feel it’s important to share: no matter how good the attorneys may be, poor customer service can really ruin the experience. Last week, I called the office twice and was placed on hold both times by a man who answered the phone. I waited several minutes each time before eventually hanging up. Later, I found out that the appointment I had been offered was already taken. On top of that, I asked about the fees so I could be prepared to pay, but he wasn’t even able to provide the basic government filing fees. The wait times are long, and it feels like you’re just being placed on hold until you give up. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Hello Mrs. Araneda, I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you like no other for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a United State citizen. With so many obstacles and barriers that were against me, you still made it possible. Today I am an US Citizen because of you. Whoever is reading this review, please know that I heard of her through another attorney who couldn’t even take the case because of the complexity of it and yet Mrs. Araneda helped me become a U.S. citizen today! After working with her, I’m willing to bet, she has the full attention of the guy above our head. Anyone in need of immigration or federal criminal charge. I have waited 23 years to write this review. Back in 1999, I contacted Ms. Araneda to help me apply for my OPT visa as I was coming out of grad school with F-1 visa status. Ms Araneda met me outside the building took my application and never followed up. Yes, the meeting was literally outside a building. I had to call her again and again to push the work so that we will not miss the deadline. It also seemed like I was bothering her when I called to follow up. I remember paying thousands of dollars back in the day that I saved from my stipend. I finally got my OPT but never got the service or attention my case warranted. Things may have changed now but that experience left bitter taste in my mouth.

Fantastic law firm! Cannot recommend Mr Stroud highly enough for the honest, informative advice. I wish all law firms were as professional and operated with the same integrity and respect for your own individual needs and questions. 5 stars!
