Samantha McBride is hands down the best family law attorney I've had personally represent me (I've had three). From the start of the process having a consultation with her you will see just how thorough she is getting to know you and your case. She explains that she goes above and beyond so she will not be caught off guard by anything in court. Then just gathering information from you during the process by her paralegal James, you will see just how organized and professional the two of them are together. The documents they put together for you, are so well written you will be nothing but impressed by their work. Then to describe the day in court where all her hard work will be displayed in front of the judge and the opposing party. It was like watching a court scene out of movie! Samantha had all her documents laid out on the table, sections highlighted and then proceeded to lay out fact after fact annihilating the opposing party. Not only did she win my case, but she was also able to get the opposing party sanctioned $2,000 for fabricating lies. I would highly recommend Samantha to represent anyone.
