Mrs. Marta Maria Diaz, she is an excellent attorney. She work on my case ( VAWA immigration application). She’s very hard working, careful, knowledgeable, dedicated and organized about her work. She gave me hope when I felt helpless. After few months work she made my application in a good shape. She gives her best input for my application. I strongly recommend her those who need immigration help, specifically humanitarian based application.

I can't say enough positive things about this firm. Especially about Mrs. Marta Diaz. She showed complete professionalism and kindness at every step of the way. She walked me through a really difficult situation with warmth and understanding. Mrs. Diaz balanced the need for legal representation and protection while always trying to maximize her time and not create added costs for me and disruptions. She guided me through the entire Immigration process and was extremely responsive and adaptive to my problematic situation. I could not have asked for better legal representation. Hopefully, I'll never have to go through this process again but if I do, my first phone call will be to Mrs. Diaz.

Attorney did not provide clear information regarding price/cost of legal services. Prior to consultation, the attorney informed us of a price for an adjustment of immigration status. The price was a reasonable one that I accepted. Attorney mentioned the next step would be to set up with her a one hour consultation with her at $100.00. At the consultation meeting, she provided a different price for the adjustment of status. I asked her about the original price she offered prior to the consultation and disregarded the fee as something not possible. Not sure if this was a bait and switch scenario but the attorney did not provide a fixed price through the process.
