I recently contacted this office to inquire about a possible legal case involving my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of listening, she repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation. When I stated that I wasn’t sure what type of case it might be, she continued interrupting and asking the same question without giving me an opportunity to fully speak. Her tone and approach showed a clear lack of customer service skills and patience. The purpose of my call was to gather information and determine the proper direction for my daughter, who has been experiencing ongoing issues at her school. However, we never got that far due to the unprofessional handling of the call. I ultimately ended the conversation because it was impossible to communicate effectively. I hope the firm takes this feedback seriously, as the receptionist is the first point of contact and should reflect professionalism, patience, and basic listening skills.
