I hired this attorney for immigration representation, but after nearly two years, my case remained unresolved. Throughout the process, I often had to ask for direction and frequently received copies of consulate instructions I had already seen, rather than clear guidance on the next steps. A key requirement regarding original civil documents was not emphasized early on, which led to avoidable delays when I later had to obtain certified replacements. Additionally, written correspondence at one point incorrectly listed my wife's name, despite her being the visa beneficiary. Accurate identifying information is crucial in immigration matters, so this raised significant concerns for me. When I requested a summary of the work performed, I was informed that they would not provide an accounting due to the flat-fee structure. Shortly after I requested my client file, the attorney ended representation and provided a download link to the documents, wishing me "good luck with your case and your life." Others may have different experiences, but in my case, the level of communication, attention to detail, and overall case management did not meet my expectations for paid legal services, especially considering the length of time involved
