We Initially contacted to Mr. Alex Miller's office to get consultation of my Husband's N400 case as USCIS did not make any decision after his interview. Even after 120 days of him passing of the citizenship test we did not hear anything from USCIS. Mr. Miller advised us various options and one of them was to file lawsuit against USCIS. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so well that we decided to hire him and file Mandamus. Mr. Miller prepared and filed the Mandamus on my husband's behalf. USCIS approved his case within 14 days of filing lawsuit. Now my husband has already taken oath and has become a US citizen.
