Called into their office to request information on a consumer law case, the person answering the phone basically said oh we see you've called before. I'll pass the info along to someone but you should call the AG office. When I tried to explain that I was more looking to move forward with a litigation, he said well I'm gonna go because I don't really want to talk to you. And up. Talk about unprofessional.
