Justin Bradford Snell has been an amazing attorney for my husband who is not fluent in English (I helped translate for him). Personally, I went through a divorce and my lawyer at the time was good, but Jusitn was phenomenal. He is smart, detailed, knowledgeable, reliable, supportive, personable, honest and everything needed in a lawyer.  My husband had been divorced and paying spousal support faithfully. When he retired, we consulted with five attorneys from different firms and followed the latest court order. Then his ex’s lawyer threatened to file a criminal case against my husband. Luckily, he retained Justin immediately. He prepared us for some difficult scenarios and Wail Sarieh, who has decades of experience, was copied on emails and Justin consulted with him regularly. Every step of the way we felt prepared with all the guidance we were given. Justin met with us many times, answered countless questions, emails and so on. Anytime something significant occurred, he contacted us immediately even over the weekend. My husband was nervous to be deposed, but Justin put him at ease with the prep. He was conservative on potential outcomes but knew our judge and what was important in the case. Justin whittled away at the case and found all the evidence needed to support my husband’s case. In the end my husband’s ex negotiated and Justin put everything together to ensure the opportunity wasn’t lost. Justin made sure the decision was fair and he would not be back in court for this case again. I want to give Justin the highest of recommendations on here. My husband has his peace of mind back. I have kids from a previous marriage, my ex had kids from theirs, and we had one together. Trying to figure out who owed what for which kid's expenses during our divorce was a nightmare. My ex kept trying to argue they shouldn't have to contribute to my older kids' stuff even though we'd been doing it for years. Sarieh Family Law laid out everything clearly for the judge, what was agreed upon during the marriage, what's fair now, and what the law actually says. The final order made sense and didn't punish anyone. My kids aren't stuck in the middle of financial arguments anymore.

They caught my ex lying about his income during our divorce proceedings. He was claiming he only made $60K a year, but Sarieh Law pulled his business records and found he was actually bringing in twice that much. They subpoenaed bank statements and even got copies of contracts he thought were hidden. When we went to court, they laid out all the evidence and the judge was not happy about his dishonesty. I ended up with way more support than I would have gotten if we'd just taken his word for it.
