Katarina was very instrumental for getting our family visa issued after it stuck in the embassy for long time and with some technical issues. She is very knowledgable with most current issues that arises with family petition applications such as submitting the correct forms; reviewing affidavit of birth certificates. We were so happy with her service by appropriate authorities, contacting embassy, and staying top of the case until visa was issued.
