I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unreliable service I received from this law firm. I booked an appointment on August 29th for an urgent matter, as my court date is on September 11th. At the time, I was told that I would be scheduled with July, the attorney I specifically requested. Today, after waiting and trusting their word, I was contacted only to be told that my appointment was never actually booked and the schedule they promised me was no longer available. This is a complete failure of responsibility and communication. Not only did they waste valuable time, but their negligence has now left me with almost no opportunity to secure proper representation for my case. For a law firm, where clients come with serious and time-sensitive matters, this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. Their lack of accountability and disregard for my situation shows how little they value their clients’ needs. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm—if your case is important, look elsewhere. Trust and reliability are essential in legal matters, and unfortunately, this firm failed on both.
