I typically am not one to write reviews but for Versfeld & Hugo I had too due to how much their work has helped me and my family take some very important steps to becoming safe in the current state of how America is becoming. I had to find a way to provide this safety net for my wife and our newborn daughter. My wife had a Visa (which is one main reason why the process went very smoothly) and the first step was to sponsor her to getting her Permanent Residence which would then help alleviate some of the fear in this ever growing of fear of mass deportations etc... We began our process in May which took about 1 month to send everything about us and finally send it through immigration. The staff at Versfeld are very efficient, understanding, and very thorough. At first, I thought I could do the entire process by myself but ended up realizing I would make significant mistakes and wouldn't come close to the final product Versfeld & Hugo produced to send to immigration. Our case was 200+ pages long. A few months later we received our biometrics, had the interview end of November and its December 22, 2025 of the same year we applied and have finally received my wife's Green Card. This took us 6 months all with the help of Versfeld & Hugo. Every case is different - our case wasn't very complicated and my wife had already a Visa but considering all the changes that are currently happening this was a blessing and certainly an early Christmas present that we could not accomplish without the help of Versfeld & Hugo. Their prices are reasonable and surely it's an investment for the benefit and safety of your family. You can tell they really want the best for you in your case and Yesenia - the paralegal who took care of our case was exceptional. She always responded within 2-3 days and followed up to make sure we always had what we needed. Thank you Versfeld & Hugo, we are eternally grateful!

The experience with Versfeld Law in pursuing my wife's Green card was a very tedious and drawn out process. This was due to Immigration's tremendous background check requirements and required paperwork. Versfeld Law helped us every step of the way to make the process go as smooth as possible. Like any process, obstacles were encountered. My journey through Eb5 program was so nice and smooth all because of the experience and competence of Mr Versfeld and his team . My birth country is different then South Africa but Mr Leon made it possible and easy . I currently live in the USA with my wife and 2 daughters. Professional services; prompt feedback and excellent constant communication.
