Terrible communication with the receptionist, you would think that speaking to them in Spanish would make things a lot easier , i was wrong, the first call June 2nd i was charged to 250 dollars before the appointment. the supposed appointment June 9th was pushed from an early time of 11 am, to a week later due to a registration form that needed to be filled out.The receptionist never sent me allege registration form.I had to call 4 times in order for my phone call to be answered, and the receptionist was clueless about the appointment, now June 16 was set as my appointment, and schedule for a 10 am, received a call from the same receptionist and quote "Ms Alonso is very busy this morning and she can't take your call now" appointment was reschedule at 4 pm that afternoon. thinking that this office had some type of professionalism, i was wrong again. 4 pm first i was asked about the registration form filled out, i explained how the receptionist never sent anything and many times I called to have that sent, the last lady I spoke to basically explained that such registration had to be filled before Ms Jennifer Alonso could speak with me and quote " she needs to see all paperwork, and documents before she can take your call" she didn't even know they had my documents until i made her aware i had dropped this off since June 9th in the morning, hangs up before telling that Ms Alonso will be calling back when she sees my documents. Never got a call back for any updates nor whether to confirm the registration form was received. To top things of now that i have requested my refund back from this office now I'm told that refund does not include supposed online fees that they never tell you about in the beginning. Such a bad excuse when i initially requested to take my payment to the office physically that the first receptionist clearly stated that do not received clients any more at their office. This firm used to be a good place, now that they don't take clients in their office now they become incompetent and let receptionist do what they want. I do not recommend this place at all, the lack of professionalism, communication, leaving clients clueless about appointment times, dates , unsent registration forms and most important online payments. I will not be coming back to this office at all.

Seeing the good reviews of this firm boosted my expectations to be high. Unfortunately my experience was not that great, I called to make a consultation appointment and paid the consultation fee which is $250. They said the appt was done through the phone, the day of my appt came and no one called me at the scheduled time. I gave them a call and turns out they had changed my appointment to another day without letting me know, I told them that the day they moved it to did not work for me and they gave me another day. At this time I was super calm I understand things happen. Then the day of my new apt came and I waited 5 min over the scheduled time and had no call. I decide to call to make sure that everything is ok, and they proceed to tell me that the lawyer was too busy and could not attend me and they had moved my appt to another day of the following week (I was not called to be informed about this change!). At this point it was enough for me to understand that they are unprofessional and obviously not in my best interest. If its like this just for a consultation, imagine once they are hired! I asked them for a refund and an email confirmation of that refund.

From my experience , I feel she has the need for helping others . Always going an extra mile to get things quick as possible .She been reaching out to me if I haven’t submit any paper work when I had pay in full for her service . Other lawyers would just stop contacting you and keep the money . Only little problem is that you can’t go in to their office for anything with out a appointment due to Covid still. just wish things go back to normal 😫. It gives me anxiety not be able to talk to someone face to face about my case. Don’t get me wrong , my case is still up and running but at a lower paste since is Mostly through emails 😣.

If you’re looking for an attorney that will get you your residence in a timely fashion manner contact Jennifer Alonso Law Office. She was very professional, timely, and trust worthy. She’s friendly but means business when it comes to work. I got my residence within 6-8 months after submitting my applications aside from that it was a pleasure to work with Jennifer and her staff AKA Olivia. Hardest working people In this business!!!
